Owner

Hi, I’m Shaz – owner of the Cat Staff! I started cat sitting (after 30 years teaching) because I needed more purrs in my life! I know how hard it is to leave your cat – even for a few hours – so I understand how worrying it feels to abandon them for longer. That’s where we come in! We will offer individual care to your beloved kitties as if they were our own and love giving you the peace of mind to enjoy your holiday.

Introducing my team – they are all vetted, DBS checked, cat healthcare trained and insured but the best recommendation I can give is that they look after my precious cats when I get a rare break! Whichever cat staff is looking after your feline family, you can be confident they will get the best care, tailored to their needs.

Lianne Shakespeare

Hi I’m Lianne, a cat fanatic and owner of Pru, Lenny and Maude. Thanks to their unique and big personalities, I have lots of experience of diva behaviour, food obsession and food theft (Pru); anxiety, panic and hiding (Lenny); and curiosity, climbing and jigsaw sabotage (Maude). And of course, lots of fuss time, treat time and playtime!
I’ve been a cat-mom for 5 years, and also spend some time when I can volunteering at a local cat rescue.

Charlotte Badger

Hi! I’m Charlotte. I have two cats of my own (also known as my sons), Milo and Teddy. As someone who gets super anxious about leaving my own cats, I joined The Cat Staff because I want to support people who feel the same way.

It’s incredibly rewarding to build trust and form a bond with each cat over time. Every cat is different, but they all benefit from a calm, steady presence while their family is away.

Anna Lester

Hello, I’m Anna. I’m just a crazy lover of feline friends (in fact, I sometimes prefer them to humans!) I have lots of experience of cats. I’ve been a cat Mom for 40+ years – watching the wonderful transition from playful kittens to elderly seniors.

I understand the different needs of each individual kitty and will give the best care I can.

Laura Aarsen

Hi, I’m Laura! I am a life-long cat lover since having cats back in Holland with my family as a child.

I want to give each cat in my care the best fusses and reassurance while their owners are away.

It’s not a ‘job’ when you’re doing something you love!
